Cancellation and Refund Policy for Customers

1) The customer is free to cancel any booking within a certain period of time.

2) If the customer cancels his booking within 10 days (240 hours) of the booking date, he cannot receive the booking amount because the Vendors has lost its bias on the same day.

3) If the customer cancels their booking before 10 days from the booking date, the company will refund the full amount after deducting the processing fees

4) If the Vendors cancels the booking before the 10 days (240 hours) of the booking date, the company is responsible for refunding the entire payment amount without deducting any fees

 OR

Arrange the same service on the same date and at the same price if the customer agrees or requests it.

5) If the Vendor cancels the booking within 10 days of the booking date, the company is responsible for providing the same service on the same date and at the same price if the customer agrees or requests it.

6) The amount of the cancelled booking will be transferred to your account within 7 bank working days.
