Before booking events, please read the General Terms and Conditions at the link provided carefully

The terms and conditions for booking events may vary depending on the event, its type of event and the policies of the organizer or services. However, here are some general terms and conditions that are usually included

 

It is important that both parties involved in booking an event read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the booking. This helps to avoid misunderstandings and makes for a smoother event planning process.

Note-

1) If you do not agree with our policies, terms and conditions, please do not book any events and vendor services.

2) If you agree with our policies, check the box which will be considered your signature or agreement with us and which you cannot challenge in any court of law.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Term and Condition

 

 

When customers books an event or venue, it is important to establish clear guidelines to ensure that both the Vendor and the customers know their obligations and rights. Here are some typical guidelines that both customers and Vendor should read carefully and follow.

 

Add to cart-

1) The shopping cart area does not serve as a booking confirmation, but only as a quick booking option

2) You can add any service to your shopping cart

3) The service in your shopping cart will not be booked without you making a booking and payment.

 

Booking Confirmation-

The booking confirmation is made according to the rules of "first come and first serve”

1) booking confirmation amount is 15% of total package/cost of events

2) The customer no need to extra pay GST of the total coast for the booking confirmation amount.

3) 18% GST for each payment or during the booking, which is already included in the 15% of the booking amount.

4) For the settlement of the 85% payment, customers need to coordinate with the Vendors.

5) After confirming the payment amount, the booking invoice will be displayed in real time on your application dashboard.

6) If your payment has failed for any reason, your booking will remain pending.

7) If the payment has been made for any reason but the booking has not been confirmed, contact customer service on the customer service number and confirm your booking.

8) After the booking confirmation, the Vendors will contact the customer for the next activity

OR

The customer can contact the Vendor accordingly.

9) If there are any problems between the Vendor and the customer, the company is responsible for resolving them.

 

%Discount-

(1) The % discount given by the Vendor does not include any role of Vyavastha.

(2) According to the % discount customers  will pay.

 

Coupon-

1) The coupon is a percentage (%) discount granted by the vendor in the form of a coupon code.

2) The coupon %discount is not a discount for the current booking, the coupon discount is used for the next booking.

3) The coupon code will be used on the next booking of the same vendor and the same service and you will receive a discount equal to the percentage (%) stated in the coupon.

 

Change in booking-

1) The customer can change his booking within 10 days before the event date.

2) Cancelation is not possible less than 10 days before the event date

3) Once the booking has been confirmed, the customer can no longer change the location of the service, the recipient or the services.

4) The customer must first cancel the corresponding booking and then make a new booking for a replacement, service or Vendors within a limited period of time.

5) The booking process is the same as for the last booking.

After the service

1.      Reaming 85% of the amount will be received by the Vendors directly.

2.      The Vendors cannot receive more than 85% of the booking amount

3.      There is no role of the company in 85% of the payment, this is coordination and understanding between the Vendors and the customer.

4.      If the customer takes an additional service outside the Vendor's package, the customer and Vendors are responsible for this deal and the company is not liable.

5.      Up to 85% of the payment, the company plays no role. This is a matter of coordination and understanding between Vendors and customer.

 

Complaint and Queries

            1) If the customer has a problem with the Vendors, he can                         complain to the Vyavastha customer service number or on the Email support@pvyavasth.com

2) If the customer has any questions about the Vendors or other questions, please contact the Vyavastha customer service number or visit the website support@pvyavasth.com

 

Note:- These guidelines have been clearly communicated to customers prior to booking to avoid any misunderstanding and to ensure a smooth planning process for both parties. It is advisable to have a contract containing these guidelines reviewed and ticked by the customers to formalize the agreement and protect the interests of both the Vendors and the customers.
